Welcome to the 21st Ilkeston Scout Group
This scout group was formed in 1954 and is based at Kirk Hallam Community Hall.
We are the largest group in the Ilkeston district and it has been a mixed group since 1992, providing scouting for boys and girls from 6 to 14 1/2 years of age.
The Group has meetings of the following three sections at Kirk Hallam Community Hall:
Beavers - Thursday's 6pm to 7pm
Cubs - Mondays's 6.15pm to 7.45pm
Scouts - Thursday's 7.30pm to 9.30pm
The cost of the meetings are:
Beavers - £6.75 per month
Cubs - £7.25 per month
Scouts - £7.25 per month
The group has received 5 individual Mayor's awards - 2 in 2003 and 3 in 2004. The Scout Leader, Chris Phillips and Cub Scout Leader, Diane Harris both received the Derbyshire County Councils "Excellence in the Community Award 2008".
